When does 2027 open enrollment end in Florida?
Open Enrollment for 2027 Obamacare (ACA) plans in Florida runs from November 1, 2026 to January 15, 2027. Choose a plan by December 15, 2026 and pay the first premium for coverage starting January 1. Plans chosen December 16 to January 15 start February 1. After that you need a life event.

The dates, confirmed
Florida uses HealthCare.gov, and both HealthCare.gov and CMS give November 1, 2026 to January 15, 2027. Florida's Department of Financial Services says the same (DFS). Some hospital pages show December 15 as the end; that is only the January 1 deadline.
If you do nothing
If you have a 2026 Marketplace plan and do nothing by December 15, you may be automatically re-enrolled, but your tax credit may be wrong if your income or household changed. Update your application anyway (HealthCare.gov).
After January 15
You can enroll later only with a Special Enrollment Period, usually within 60 days of a move, losing other coverage, marriage, a birth or adoption (HealthCare.gov). Medicaid and Florida KidCare accept applications all year. Medicare has its own window: the Medicare Open Enrollment Period runs October 15 to December 7.
