Yes Oui Care
No SSN, visa in transition, pre-existing condition

Get covered now, even if your paperwork isn't sorted yet.

No SSN, a visa in transition, a pre-existing condition: wherever online forms block you, we find the solution that actually fits your situation.

The roadblocks we solve every week

Pre-existing condition

A pre-existing condition can close the door on you.

Asthma, diabetes, an ongoing treatment: many private and international plans exclude whatever you had before you signed up. You pay every month, but what matters most to you isn't covered.

No SSN yet, and the forms block you.

You just arrived, and a lot of online forms require a number you don't have yet. In the meantime, you're left without coverage.

Between two visas, your coverage is up in the air.

End of OPT, changing employers, a pending Green Card: every transition can cut off your insurance. It's in that gray zone that an accident costs the most.

A solution for every roadblock

Pre-existing: the right protection

ACA plans can't deny you or charge you more because of your health. We'll tell you if it's your best option.

No SSN: the right plans

Some plans accept your passport and visa alone. We know which ones.

In transition: no gap

We line up what's next before your current coverage ends.

We don't just send you a quote. We explain it.

Two plans can both say “covered.” What changes is what they exclude.

A typical quote
Covered.Except whatever you had before.
The exclusions, in fine print
A form that blocks you without an SSN
Nothing about what happens if your visa changes
Travel insurance presented as real coverage

Your questions

“I have a pre-existing condition, will I be denied?”

Not on an ACA plan: they can't deny you or charge you more. But you can only enroll at Open Enrollment or after a life event. We'll tell you when and how.

“I don't have an SSN yet, can I get insured?”

Yes. Some plans accept your passport and visa alone, and the Marketplace accepts an application without an SSN if you don't have one yet. We point you to what matches your documents.

“My visa is changing, what happens to my insurance?”

It depends on your plan and your new status. Losing coverage generally opens a special 60-day window to choose another plan. We prepare for the transition before it happens.

“How much does your guidance cost?”

The analysis and comparison are free.
